Eat Healthy Snacks

Especially in the summer, when you have a fuck load of free time, it's so easy to snack throughout your day.

Which is totally okay. As long as you're eating healthy snacks. Personally, it is my initial reaction to grab the freezies (pure sugar), chips, or even BBQ up a lil something for a light meal. This type of behavior is acceptable only occasional. Like on Sundays. For every other day, get your ass to the fridge and choose something that isn't going to ruin your bikini bod!!
