Hell.

Moleskine Agenda ... and why you NEED one.

I've blogged about this precious little device before. An 18 month, weekly agenda.

Now, this is not like any other agenda. And it's not like using the calender on your phone and calling yourself "organized".

No. This agenda is perfectly organized, which is a very hard (but necessary) thing to find in a product of this type. The left page has Sunday-Monday separated into boxes. The right page is lined for notes.

Student's could do something like this:
(left page) Monday: Stats Homework
(right page) Monday: Read chapters 20, 24, 27. Answer questions 1-19, 22 in Chapter 20.

Business people could do something like this:
(left page) Monday: Meeting with P&G
(right page) Monday: 70 King Street West. Turn Left on Bay. 11:00 sharp. Bring resume and computer.

SEEEEEEE????

It allows you to have a structured, simple understanding of what is going on on the left page. Followed by a more detailed layout on the right. This ensures that you stay organized and on top of everything. My girlfriends and I ALLLL use one (thanks LV for introducing me to this lifesaver!!) We even use gel-pens and high-ligthers to ensure that we have things color coded.

Pick one up today!! (Chapters and most book store/supply stores will carry this brand).

Approx. $25 and worth every penny!

Michael Kors Hamilton Tote

I recently purchased this tote as my new "work" bag. The structured-ness make's it seem professional, while still allowing enough room for everything I could possibly need to carry.
The design is chic, sharp, and very business-appropriate. I would HIGHLY recommend this bag to anyone who is looking for a classic purse to bring to the office.

Here are some suggestions of "business-appropriate" things to make sure you carry in the bag:
-Moleskine Agenda (see above blog)
-pens, duh. and maybe some highliters if you really want to be taken seriously.
-cell phone
-note pad
-lipstick (yes lipstick is corporate. It makes any outfit seem more office-ready). Wear it.

I got the black one, because black means business.

How To Break Up With Someone Quick And Easy

Breakups suck. Plain and simple. But now, a website has been developed to make them a little less painful.... for the person doing the breakup.

So you've been thinking about breaking up with your boyfriend/girlfriend for some time now. It's just "not working" anymore. And while you really do want to end the relationship, you KNOW it's not going to be as simple as you want or hope.

Until now. Simply go to www.breakupemail.com and fill out a few multiple choice questions to create a personalized, customized, breakup letter that will certainly show your significant other that you've put a lot of thought into ending the relationship.

This is not a joke.

"Hmmmm" Heels

Israeli shoe designer Kobi Levi takes fashion to ... interesting ... heights with his new heel designs. I'm kind of feeling them!!

Karen Walker Sunglasses

Sunglasses can totally change an outfit. They can also hide your face which, lets face it, can be ideal in some situations. And of course, they protect your eyes from the sun's harmful (yet wonderful) rays.

I recently stumbled upon Karen Walker sunglasses: the perfect mix of vintage downtown chic and Australian surf style. These sunglasses are exactly how I like mine to be. BIG, unique, and edgy.

My fave is the 3rd picture (Karen Walker Number One)!!!

From right to left ($180 each): Perfect Day, Deep Freeze, Number One.

Time Tested Beauty Tips by Sam Levenson

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share food with the hungry.

For poise, walk with the knowledge that you'll never walk alone.
