National Crepe Day




Bonjour!

If you're pondering your next meal, think no further. Today is "National Crepe Day" in France.

I try to celebrate all national holidays (any excuse to party is a good one) but I will not miss a holiday involving food. Ever.

In honor of the occasion, we are making dinner (breakfast?) crepes with eggs, ham, red pepper, tomato and mushroom, and finishing off with desert crepes of berries and whipped cream.

Everyone should probably follow suit.
