Food Phase



In life I go through phases with just about everything - especially food.

My newest phase: smoked salmon and garlic and herb cream cheese on an toasted baguette, topped with capers and lemon.

Not only is this healthy (minus the cream cheese) but its fantastically wonderful, especially in the warmer months.

Don't like smoked salmon? Try replacing it for tuna (without mayo).
